Beginning his career in Equipment Sales and Operations at Patterson Dental in Denver, Colorado, Joe excelled in various roles spanning Sales, Capital Equipment, Technology, and Strategic Planning.
His passion and expertise propelled him to positions of increasing responsibility at Henry Schein, where he served as Vice President across multiple capacities.
Transitioning from President to CEO at Dental Whale®, Joe solidified his mark in the dental landscape before embarking on his latest venture as the CEO and Founder of Cavaretta Consulting Group.
From Denver, Colorado, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Joe’s journey exemplifies his vision, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Stephanie Schoenrock
PARTNER
Stephanie Schoenrock’s career epitomizes innovation and leadership in the dental industry. She has held foundational roles at Biomet 3i and OraPharma, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both specialty and general dentists.
Stephanie’s expertise in consultative sales was honed at Henry Schein Special Markets, where she played a pivotal role as a Multisite Sales Manager, optimizing inventory and cash flow for group practice owners.
Before joining Cavaretta Consulting Group, she served as Director of Strategic Partnerships & DSO Sales at Dental Whale®.

Amy Bridger
SENIOR CONSULTANT
A dental industry expert with over a decade of experience, possesses a sterling track record of delivering results across various customer segments, including private practices, emerging groups, DSOs, and GPOs.
Her commitment to enhancing procurement, marketing, and operational strategies consistently drives her clients to achieve growth and success.
After her tenure at Henry Schein Special Markets, Amy joined Dental Whale in 2020 as Director of Special Markets and swiftly rose to the position of Senior Director of Sales. In this role, she skillfully led the sales, sales operations, and customer experience teams to realize Dental Whale’s strategic goals.

Marcy Roy boasts an impressive career spanning over three decades in the dental industry, holding pivotal roles at renowned companies like Septodont, Dentsply, Kerr, Citibank, and Henry Schein.
In 2017, Marcy shifted her focus to driving growth in multi-location DSOs as Director of Group Practice Sales, collaborating with major DSOs to expand Henry Schein’s presence and value proposition. Her recent role as Director of Business Strategic Accounts involved fostering distribution relationships and formulating merchandise and equipment strategies for emerging DSOs.
Marcy’s ability to engage with customers on a profound level, coupled with her extensive industry knowledge, makes her an invaluable asset to the CCG team.

Whitney ericksen
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Whitney brings over a decade of experience in the dental industry, with a background spanning clinical care, operations, procurement, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs).
She began her career in a dental practice as a lead dental assistant and front office manager, gaining firsthand expertise in patient care and office operations. She then helped develop and grow a startup dental procurement platform, followed by a senior account management role at Dental Whale’s GPO division.
Whitney’s expertise includes dental supplies, customer experience, vendor relations, analytics, and DSO collaboration. She leverages data-driven insights to drive operational efficiency and service quality, making her a versatile and impactful leader in the dental industry.

Phil Cruz
PROCUREMENT CONSULTANT
Phil brings over 10 years of Procurement leadership to CCG, boasting a strong track record in building manufacturer-distributor relationships within the GPO and DSO realm.
Leveraging a collaborative approach and extensive experience leading diverse divisions across the dental industry, Phil focuses on developing business partnerships that enhance customer value while improving operational and financial outcomes.
He takes pride in contributing to innovation within the dental landscape, aiming to structure a preferred vendor network that offers groups and practices lower supply costs, enhances patient/member loyalty, and drives revenue growth.
