His passion and expertise propelled him to positions of increasing responsibility at Henry Schein, where he served as Vice President across multiple capacities.

Transitioning from President to CEO at Dental Whale®, Joe solidified his mark in the dental landscape before embarking on his latest venture as the CEO and Founder of Cavaretta Consulting Group.

From Denver, Colorado, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Joe’s journey exemplifies his vision, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Stephanie Schoenrock’s career epitomizes innovation and leadership in the dental industry. She has held foundational roles at Biomet 3i and OraPharma, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both specialty and general dentists.

Stephanie’s expertise in consultative sales was honed at Henry Schein Special Markets, where she played a pivotal role as a Multisite Sales Manager, optimizing inventory and cash flow for group practice owners.

Before joining Cavaretta Consulting Group, she served as Director of Strategic Partnerships & DSO Sales at Dental Whale®.

In 2017, Marcy shifted her focus to driving growth in multi-location DSOs as Director of Group Practice Sales, collaborating with major DSOs to expand Henry Schein’s presence and value proposition. Her recent role as Director of Business Strategic Accounts involved fostering distribution relationships and formulating merchandise and equipment strategies for emerging DSOs.

Whitney brings over a decade of experience in the dental industry, with a background spanning clinical care, operations, procurement, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs).

She began her career in a dental practice as a lead dental assistant and front office manager, gaining firsthand expertise in patient care and office operations. She then helped develop and grow a startup dental procurement platform, followed by a senior account management role at Dental Whale’s GPO division.

Whitney’s expertise includes dental supplies, customer experience, vendor relations, analytics, and DSO collaboration. She leverages data-driven insights to drive operational efficiency and service quality, making her a versatile and impactful leader in the dental industry.
